How it works
Too-fast clips are clips nobody checked. Ours cross every gate below — each one leaving a record you can open.
Our side of it
A stage finishes by writing the file the next stage depends on — that’s why status can’t lie.
A person reads your request, link, and rules — and asks if anything’s unclear.
Rights verified. A word-level, speaker-labeled transcript becomes the ground truth.
Moments scored against a rubric. Rejects are kept, with reasons.
Hooks, captions, per-platform text — checked against what the clip actually shows.
Cuts, captions in your confirmed style, framing, loudness — every decision recorded.
Your rules verified by name. A failed check never ships — the clip is held and you’re asked.
Clips land in your portal with logs attached. Promised vs delivered is stamped on the batch.
Most stages are software — that’s why the prices look the way they do. The desk checks 100% at launch.
Your side of it
Drive, Dropbox, YouTube, Frame.io — or forward the venue’s email.
Your words become numbered cards — never a support ticket.
We show what we learned; you confirm or fix. Hard rules hold either way.
Real stages, real timestamps — and a heads-up if we’re late.
Logs attached, downloads clean, revisions free. We never post. Ever.
The log, including when it says no
A real record from our first batch — exportable, so someone other than us can validate it.
“Held” on a clip that broke the rule is the one mistake this company is not allowed to make. house rule · written down so you can hold us to it
The review desk
Software cuts every clip; people watch it the way a viewer would before it ships.
Every human who touches your footage is named in your contract, under NDA. No bios here — the names go where they’re enforceable.
review at launch: 100% of clips · floor printed with every price
Your footage · plain english, then paper
| training | Your footage never trains any model — ours or anyone’s. Style profiles are per-client by design; there is nothing cross-client to train. |
| your catalog | Learning from your back catalog is opt-in and read-only. We can watch and analyze; we can never post, edit, or touch your channel. |
| revoking | One click, in Settings, no email to support. It always works, even mid-analysis. |
| deletion | Cancel and your data is deleted, derived assets included. Timelines printed in the DPA. Delivered clips stay yours, downloadable. |
| sub-processors | Listed by name — transcription (Deepgram), model APIs, hosting (Vercel), object storage (Cloudflare R2), and email intake (AgentMail) — with no-training terms flowing through to each. If the list changes, you’re told. |
| the paper | The DPA is a signable contract, not a UI checkbox. Reviewers named in your contract, each under NDA. If Dailies is ever acquired or shut down, you’re told first and can delete first. |
What we’re good at — and not
We find moments through what’s said — pods, talks, keynotes, streams. Wordless footage isn’t served well yet, and intake will say so instead of taking your money.
